Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  1. Registered Air Mail (Standard Shipping)
    • Cost: Free worldwide.
    • Delivery Time: 6–15 days.
  2. Express Shipping (via DHL, UPS, or FedEx)

    • Cost: Calculated during checkout based on the item's size, weight, and destination.

    • Delivery Time: 3–5 days.

    Note: Due to increased costs, express shipping fees may be higher in specific regions, such as parts of the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and remote islands.

Taxes and Duties

  • Customers outside the U.K. may need to pay import taxes, duties, or customs-related fees based on the laws of the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in Dr.pen Beauty UK payments and are determined by the local Customs office. Please contact your local Customs for more details.

Free Worldwide Shipping

  • Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase required.
  • Free expedited shipping is unavailable due to regional shipping costs.

Order and Shipping Updates

  • After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information within 4 business hours.
  • If you haven't received tracking details after 48 hours, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
  • We recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout, as changes cannot be made after the package is shipped.

Ownership, Terms, and Risks

  1. Address Accuracy:

    • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Dr.pen Beauty UK is not responsible for incorrect addresses, and customers will bear the financial loss if an error occurs.
    • Note: PO Box addresses are not accepted for express shipping.

  2. Package Delivery:

    • Signature required: If you're unavailable to sign, the delivery company will notify you for rescheduling.
    • After 5 days of no response, the carrier may return the package to us. Additional fees for return shipping and redelivery may apply.

  3. Checking Your Order:

    • Inspect your package upon delivery for any damage.
    • If damaged, refuse the delivery or sign as UNCHECKED and contact the delivery company.

  4. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders cannot be canceled once marked as shipped (tracking number provided).
    • Refused deliveries are subject to return and refund policies, with original shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Delayed or Returned Shipments

  • In cases of uncontrollable delays (e.g., severe weather, catastrophic events, or war), Dr.pen Beauty UK will update you on the status of your package.
  • If a carrier cannot deliver to your door and leaves the package at a post office, you will need to arrange for pickup.

Out-of-Stock Products

If an item is unavailable after your purchase, Dr.pen Beauty UK will contact you within 24 hours to provide:

  1. An estimated delivery time.
  2. The option to cancel for a full refund if the wait is inconvenient.

Shipping Disclaimer

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or catastrophic events, may cause shipping delays. While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, some factors are beyond our control.
  • For signature-required deliveries, ensure you're available or follow up with your local post office to avoid package returns.
